Estimator came to our house, detailed benefits of both ideas, and gave us price. Finalized plan, got approximate install date. They were able to install weeks earlier, which was great. As soon as I walked in the door and told Emma what I was looking for, she pointed me to exactly the right model for my needs (Hearthstone Lincoln 8060). Her communication throughout the ordering, purchasing, and installation process was excellent, and the entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and good humour through what ended up being an awkward installation situation (not their doing). They made it work. Also, both Emma and Tim coached me (a newbie to wood burning) how to use it properly and well so I would be successful. I was definitely not cold last winter. I love my wood stove.
